The most famous dish of Luoyang water banquet, peony agarwood, uses white radish as the main raw material, but you can't taste the radish flavor at all when you eat it. The main reason is that the white radish is cut into shreds and soaked in water. Inspired by this, I also tried this method. I really couldn’t taste the spiciness of green radish when I stewed it with tomato sauce, radish and beef casserole. Children like to eat it very much.
