Grilled Leek Buns
Overview
On a whim, I threw the steamed buns into the oven and steamed them to make baked buns. The finished product was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Knead flour, water and yeast into dough and ferment at room temperature

Clean the leeks

Add ginger powder, cooking wine and soy sauce to the pork filling, stir evenly,

Chop the leeks and mix with the pork filling, pour in vegetable oil and mix well. Add a little salt and mix well before wrapping

Knead the fermented dough until smooth, cut into appropriate-sized balls, and roll into bun wrappers

Wrap in an appropriate amount of fillings. Home-made buns will be filled with more fillings

Place the wrapped buns into a baking pan and let them rise again at room temperature for about 15 minutes

The oven is preheated in the steaming mode. The water tank must be filled with water in advance. The temperature is set to 160 degrees. The baking sheet is placed in the preheated oven on the middle shelf for 20 minutes

When the time comes, take out the baking pan

Open the bun and take a look. It's very soft and tender inside
