Chongqing Spicy Chicken
Overview
Spicy Chicken, a home-cooked meal, is a famous snack in Sichuan and Chongqing, and is well-known in the north and south. When I went to Ciqikou, Chongqing, I saw restaurants all over the street. The tempting aroma of spicy chicken filled with plates on the curtain counters. So my memory is fresh. After I got home, I couldn't wait to pick up the Chongqing Spicy Chicken.

Soak the purchased chicken legs in water to remove the blood.
