How to cook Turbot at home

Wash the turbot and rub the body with salt!
Scatter some shredded ginger on the fish!
Put water in a steamer and bring to a boil. After the water boils, put the turbot in the steamer and steam over high heat for ten minutes!
After ten minutes, take the turbot out, then pour out the water in the dish, pour in light soy sauce, sprinkle with shredded green onions, pour boiled peanut oil on top and eat
