Overview
I used to think that things made with Shacha sauce are delicious, but I have never made it myself. This time I was lucky enough to try the famous Shacha sauce. It is sweet, spicy, fresh, and fragrant. It can be used for noodles, dipping sauces, stir-fries, and hot pots. This time I decided to make stewed tofu in sauce. When it was served, it was steaming. The tofu was tender and smooth, and the sauce was thick and fragrant. It instantly whetted my appetite.

Wash the tofu, cut into small pieces and put in the casserole. Chop the ginger and garlic into puree, soak the mushrooms and dice them, and chop the broccoli into small pieces.

Heat the pan, pour oil, add ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant. Then add the diced mushrooms and stir-fry for a while.

Add water, satay sauce and remaining seasonings.

Pour the soup into the casserole with tofu, cover it, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 5 minutes, sprinkle with chopped broccoli and turn off the heat.
