Use a knife to dig out the flesh in the middle
-
Blanch it until it becomes soft and stuff the meat for a while without breaking it
-
Recycling waste from shrimp removal
-
After peeling the shrimp, cut it from the back without cutting it. This will make it easier to clean the shrimp intestines
-
Do you see if the shrimp intestines are washed cleaner this way?
-
Cut the shrimps from the tail and leave a tail for later use. Chop the shrimps and shiitake mushrooms into dices and mix with the minced meat. Add salt, pepper, oyster sauce, dry starch and marinate for ten minutes
-
Put a little oil in the pot and fry the shrimp heads until fragrant
-
Water until the shrimp heads are completely submerged. Add the ginger slices and green onion segments. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for a while
-
Stuff the marinated minced meat into the loofah, stuff as much meat as possible, and finally put the cut shrimp tails on top of the minced meat
-
The extra minced meat is used to cover it all over. Here are 11 loofah segments. I used 2 ounces of minced meat, 2 shiitake mushrooms, and 11 shrimps
-
Take out the shrimp heads and use this soup to thicken the loofah and steam it in a steamer for 8 minutes
-
Add a little salt and starch to the soup to thicken it. Pour it on the appropriate loofah. Just fry the shrimp heads and add oil throughout the process
-
Fresh, refreshing and light, the shrimp-stuffed loofah is ready. Take a bite and the aroma of juicy and delicious shiitake mushrooms and shrimp meat will fill your mouth and taste buds
