Overview
Roses have always been my favorite. I have made rose cookies, radish roses, rose steamed buns, mango roses... Today I made apple rose toast...

Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients: 100 grams of milk, 80 grams of light cream, 5 grams of salt, 35 grams of whole egg liquid, 40 grams of fine sugar, 15 grams of milk powder, 30 grams of low-gluten flour, 270 grams of high-gluten flour, 5 grams of dry yeast
-
Put the liquid and salt on the bottom layer of the bread barrel, with the flour in the middle and yeast on the top. After turning on the kneading mode for 25 minutes, knead again for 25 minutes, for a total of 50 minutes, until it is fully expanded
-
Place the kneaded dough into a clean, water-free container and cover with plastic wrap
-
Put it in the oven, put a plate of hot water at the bottom, and turn on the fermentation function for about an hour and a half
-
Let the dough ferment until it is 2.5 times in size. Use chopsticks to poke a hole in the middle. If it does not shrink back, it means it is ready
-
Take out the dough and deflate it slightly
-
Divide into three equal portions, roll into balls, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 20 minutes
-
Take out a piece of dough and roll it into a long strip
-
Roll up from top to bottom
-
Once everything is done, cover it with plastic wrap and let it sit for 10 minutes
-
Take out the dough, lay it upright and roll it out again
-
Then roll it up from top to bottom
-
The size of the roll should be consistent, don’t roll it too thick, about 2 and a half turns
-
After everything is done, put it into the toast mold. It is best to roll it in the same direction
-
Put it in the oven for secondary fermentation. When it is 9 minutes full, take it out and cover it
-
Place in the preheated oven and heat up and down to 180 degrees Celsius for about 40 minutes
-
Cut the toast into evenly thick slices
-
slices of toast, 1 red apple, 20 grams of sugar, 10 grams of jam (I used raspberry and strawberry jam)
-
Take a piece of toast and use your hands to press the middle part into a square shape
-
Spread jam
-
Use a knife to dig out the middle part of another piece of toast
-
Superimposed on the first piece of toast
-
Wash the apple and remove the core from the middle
-
Cut the apples into very thin slices (the thinner, the better). Prepare a plate of light salt water, not necessarily boiling water. Put the cut apples into the salt water to prevent surface oxidation
-
Add 20 grams of sugar to 30 grams of water, put it into a non-stick pan and bring to a boil until the sugar completely melts
-
Put the soaked apples into a non-stick pan and blanch the apples (don’t use too much heat). Take them out as soon as they become transparent (it’s best to use red apples, as the color of the apples will fade when heated)
-
Drain slightly
-
Take out the apple slices and stack them one by one, 10 slices in total
-
Then roll it up from right to left
-
Arrange it and put it in the box of the bread slices
-
Make four apple blossoms
-
Then add a little red yeast powder and a little water and mix thoroughly, outline the outline of the apple and decorate it (you can also use red food coloring)
