Wash and cut the leeks, cut the dried beans into strips, chop the green onion and ginger, and chop the garlic into puree and set aside.

Wash and drain the bean sprouts and set aside.

Put oil in the pot. When the oil is 60% hot, add the green onion and ginger, and add the thirteen incense to the pot.
