Prepare a box of northern tofu

Cut the tofu into small squares the size of mahjong tiles, and then use a fruit knife to remove the center piece (do not miss the bottom)

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper, allspice, salt to the meat filling, mix well and season

Fill the tofu cubes with meat filling

Heat up the oil pan, put the tofu cubes into the oil pan and fry

When one side is golden, turn it over (you basically don’t have to worry about the meat filling falling out), fry until both sides are golden, take it out and set aside

Return the oil to the pan and stir-fry the green onion and ginger until fragrant, pour in the oyster sauce

Add a small amount of water and a small amount of salt (because oyster sauce has a salty taste), add tofu cubes, bring to a boil and cook for a while, add water and starch to thicken it, and it is ready to serve.
