Overview

Ants climbing a tree is one of the traditional Sichuan dishes. After the main ingredients of vermicelli and minced meat are cooked, the vermicelli absorbs the delicious flavor of the meat, making it extra chewy and smooth in the mouth, and very delicious.

  1. Cut the soaked vermicelli into three sections

  2. Prepare minced meat

  3. Chop the Pixian bean paste into small pieces, mince the onion, ginger and garlic

  4. Heat the oil in the pan and stir-fry the minced meat

  5. Stir-fry the minced meat until it turns white, add cooking wine and bean paste

  6. Stir out the red oil from the bean paste and add the onion, ginger and garlic (put half of the chopped green onion)

  7. After sauteing until fragrant, add in June fresh, dark soy sauce and salt

  8. Then pour in appropriate amount of water

  9. After the water boils, add the vermicelli and stir-fry

  10. Fry the vermicelli until soft and translucent, and the moisture is absorbed by the vermicelli, add the remaining chopped green onion and black sesame seeds and stir-fry evenly
