Overview

Spicy chicken is a classic Sichuan dish. It is generally made with whole chicken as the main ingredient, plus dried chilies, Sichuan peppercorns, salt, pepper, chicken essence and other ingredients.   1. Prepare a tender chicken

  2. Prepare peppercorns, dried chilies, rock sugar, garlic, star anise and garlic sprouts
