Lettuce leaf egg cake

Overview

In fact, lettuce leaves are a good ingredient, but many people throw them away. Usually I buy lettuce at the vegetable market. If there are few leaves, I fry them together with the lettuce. If there are more leaves, I can make soup or stir-fry them, or bake them into a cake.
