Wash the chicken feet and set aside.

Peel the carrots, wash and cut into cubes.

Heat oil in a pan, add chicken feet and stir-fry evenly.

Add soy sauce and Maggi and stir-fry until fragrant.

Then add onion, ginger, water, sugar and star anise and stir well.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer covered for 40 minutes.

Add carrots and stir-fry evenly.

Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, then turn off the heat.
