A group photo of the ingredients. Wash the rice and soak it in water for ten minutes. Chop the onion, ginger and garlic. I don’t like ginger, so I cut it into slices. Dice beans, carrots, and onions. (If you like potatoes, you can cut some potatoes into dices)

Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions, ginger and garlic.

Add Chinese sausage and stir-fry for a while

Add all the ingredients, stir-fry, add dark soy sauce for color, add balsamic vinegar to taste, add salt and chicken essence to taste, and add extra-fresh soy sauce for freshness.

Add water, not too much, just enough to be equal to the ingredients, and bring the water to a boil.

Put the vegetables into the rice cooker and spread the rice evenly on top of the vegetables. (You can see that the amount of water does not cover the rice. Basically, this is a more appropriate amount of water. Too much water will make the rice very sticky.) This step is completed and the rice begins to simmer.

The cooked rice will be more fragrant if the power is turned off and then simmered for about ten minutes.
