Wash the spinach and chop it finely. Put the food processor into the juice (I forgot to take pictures of these steps); filter the spinach juice.

Heat the pan and add spinach juice + peanut oil + salt.

Add the rice and stir-fry evenly so that the rice completely absorbs the spinach juice and separates the grains. (When adding the rice, I stir-fry the rice over low heat and then stir-fry over high heat. If your rice is already grainy, you can omit this.)

Prepare chopped green onions.

Add chopped green onion + pepper and stir-fry evenly. Just a little fresh delicacy! If you like floss or eggs, feel free to add them. Today I am displaying it in a fresh style, so I won’t add anything else.

Lift the pot and let’s eat! With a side dish and a bowl of soup. Full of happiness! (Before my side dishes and soup were served, the rice was eaten by the child!)
