  1. Prepare the fish, any fish with less spines and tight flesh will do.

  2. Scallions, peppers, and peppers, cut into sections and set aside.

  3. Slice the fish and remove the bones.

  10. Add in diced fish and stir-fry evenly.

  11. Pour in the sauce and stir-fry evenly.

  12. Serve on a platter.
