  1. Remove the internal organs from the hairtail, scrape off the skin, wash and cut into sections, dry and set aside

  2. Add eggs, starch, a little salt, and pepper powder and mix well

  3. There is less starch, add more and mix well

  4. Put all the remaining ingredients together and pour into a bowl to make a sauce and set aside

  5. Pour more oil into the pot and heat it

  6. Add hairtail and fry

  7. Turn one side golden
