Kabayaki Fried Rice with Eel and Egg
Overview
The eel meat is fluffy and soft. Kabayaki-yaki eel is made by incorporating the aroma of the dense sauce into the fluffy and soft eel meat to grill it to create truly delicious eel. It is a dish that is perfect for drinking. I bought grilled frozen kabayaki eel.
