Pan-fried steamed winter melon with black bean paste
Overview
This "Fried Steamed Winter Melon with Black Beans" is our family's current favorite dish. It looks and tastes very good. It looks light, but it is more fragrant than light food; the winter melon steamed with tempeh has a faint tempeh aroma, which is a refreshing taste.
