  1. Preparation work in advance: Soak the ribs in water for an hour to remove blood and fishy smell

  3. Preparation materials: Soak mushrooms until soft and chop into fine pieces, cut carrots into cubes, cut soaked ribs into small pieces, corn kernels, shredded ginger and chopped green onion

  4. Stir-fry the spareribs in a hot pan until cooked and add some cooking wine

  5. Add one mushroom and stir-fry to bring out the flavor of the mushroom

  6. Add carrots and corn kernels and stir-fry together. Season with salt, chicken essence and soy sauce

  7. Pour the soaked glutinous rice into the rice cooker

  8. Pour the fried ingredients into the rice cooker

  9. Add a small bowl of water (a little less than usual for cooking rice)

  10. Cook rice in the rice cooker for 30 minutes. Add chopped green onion and stir
