Sticky Rice with Mushrooms and Pork Ribs

Preparation work in advance: Soak the ribs in water for an hour to remove blood and fishy smell

Soak the glutinous rice in water for 4 hours

Preparation materials: Soak mushrooms until soft and chop into fine pieces, cut carrots into cubes, cut soaked ribs into small pieces, corn kernels, shredded ginger and chopped green onion

Stir-fry the spareribs in a hot pan until cooked and add some cooking wine

Add one mushroom and stir-fry to bring out the flavor of the mushroom

Add carrots and corn kernels and stir-fry together. Season with salt, chicken essence and soy sauce

Pour the soaked glutinous rice into the rice cooker

Pour the fried ingredients into the rice cooker

Add a small bowl of water (a little less than usual for cooking rice)

Cook rice in the rice cooker for 30 minutes. Add chopped green onion and stir
