Fried Noodles with Oyster Sauce and Celery
Overview
My family loves to eat fried noodles. We usually buy steamed thin noodles from the market and add cabbage, carrots and shredded pork to stir-fry noodles. This is easy and suitable for office workers like us. I added a little celery today. Unexpectedly, the flavor of celery is so strong that it overwhelms other vegetables. So it became celery fried noodles. However, the celery should be tender, or it is best to use celery core. Add oyster sauce to enhance the flavor. A nice quick meal.
