Egg pancake
Overview
I have always liked eating various egg pancakes, they are convenient and delicious. In the past, I would often buy egg pancakes from roadside stalls, but I always felt that it was not very hygienic, so I decided to make it myself!

Mix flour and water into a thin batter in a ratio of 1:2.

Prepare other ingredients.

Heat an electric pan, (a pan can also be used, the amount of batter should be smaller), put a little oil, evenly coat the surface of the pan, then pour the batter to evenly distribute it.

When the batter is set, beat the eggs on top.

Break the eggs with a wooden spatula.

When the egg liquid has solidified, sprinkle black sesame seeds on top.

Turn the egg pancake over.

Spread an even layer of garlic chili sauce on top, add chopped green onion, minced coriander, and sausage.

Roll up the egg pancake and place it on a plate, complete.

The egg pancakes made by myself are large in quantity and full of ingredients, clean and hygienic. Delicious!
