Green onion hand cakes
Overview
In the past, hand pancakes were all ready-made from supermarkets. Although they were delicious, I thought they were too greasy. I found a recipe from Chef Shuaishuai and slightly reduced the amount of oil. The baked hand cakes were well-layered, fragrant and crispy. They were really delicious, but they were actually quite high in calories.

Preheat the electric baking pan, add oil, add the cake embryo, and bake until both sides are golden brown. After taking it out, squeeze both sides inward and the layers will come out. You can eat it by tearing it or cutting it into pieces.
