I have been particularly obsessed with Kojima Rumei for a while, and I have made many recipes for it. This is also a relatively classic muffin cake, with dried fruits added for a sweet and sour taste.

Add brown sugar and granulated sugar to the softened butter, and stir with a spatula to combine the butter and sugar

Use a whisk to beat until fluffy. Add the egg liquid in 3 batches. Beat evenly after each addition

Alternately pour in the sifted flour and milk, stir evenly; add chocolate beans and dried fruits, stir evenly, put into a mold, and sprinkle crispy chips on the surface

Place in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 20 minutes until the crispy bits on the surface turn golden brown
