Fried tofu with leeks and eggs is a home-cooked dish, to be more precise, it is a home-cooked dish in my family. Because it is easy to make and nutritious, it is very popular with my family and me. This dish was also created by me because of my husband. My husband loves to eat scrambled eggs with leeks, and the dishes he can cook are scrambled eggs with leeks and scrambled eggs with tomatoes. However, in winter, the taste of these leeks and tomatoes is not that good. I fried the tofu and added it in. My husband and daughter both said it was delicious, and it later became a popular home-cooked dish in my family. As a food that is both food and medicine, tofu has many functions such as replenishing qi and tonifying deficiency. Regular consumption of tofu can protect the liver, promote body metabolism, increase immunity, and has detoxification effects.
