Mix flour salt and warm water in a basin

Knead into a smooth dough and let it rest for twenty minutes

Chop green onions and set aside

Apply oil to the panel, not too much, just one layer is enough

Place the rested dough on the work surface and knead it for a while, then divide it into several small portions

Then use a rolling pin to roll it into a particularly thin rectangle

Apply a layer of oil

Sprinkle with chopped green onion

Fold one side into a long package, as shown in the picture

Roll it up along one side into a round cake shape

Grease pancake pan and heat over low heat

Roll the prepared cake into a cake shape, then put it into a pot and slowly fry it over low heat. Once done, turn over and fry the other side until both sides are golden brown
