Chicken diced

Add cornstarch, egg white, and white pepper and mix well to make a paste

Dice green onion and dried red pepper

Chopped Pixian Douban

Chop ginger and garlic

Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, vinegar and chicken essence to make a sauce

Add cold oil in a cold pot and stir-fry peanuts over low heat

Fry until crispy and set aside

Leave the oil in the wok, pour in the diced chicken and stir-fry until cooked and removed
