Dried and smoked celery
Overview
I like to eat celery the most. When I was in my hometown, I opened a barber shop. I like to eat the celery fried by my father. My mother will bring it to me at noon. Sometimes the meat is stir-fried with celery, sometimes the celery is stir-fried and smoked, and sometimes it is mixed with some vermicelli. It is not a simple combination, but after dad stir-fries it like this, the deliciousness comes, and even mom is convinced.

Remove the leaves from celery, wash it, smoke it dry and rinse it

Smoked, dried and cut into thin strips

Add vegetable oil to the pot, add smoked dry when it is warm, stir-fry over medium heat until it changes color slightly, add chopped green onion and sauté
