Beef stew
Overview
There was some leftover beef from yesterday's stew, so I made this dish today. It's bright red in color, rich in nutrients, simple and delicious!

Beef stew (make it in advance and can eat it in two or three times).

Ingredients are ready.

Cut tomatoes into pieces.

Cut potatoes into hob pieces and soak in water.

Chop carrots and onions.

Heat oil in a pan, add potato cubes and stir-fry evenly until soft.

Add the carrot pieces and continue to stir-fry evenly.

Fry for a while.

Add a little dark soy sauce for color and seasoning.

Stir fry evenly.

Add beef cubes.

Add onion pieces.

Add a pinch of salt to taste.

Pour in appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil.

Simmer over medium heat until the potatoes are completely soft and tender.
