Overview

Fish...my favorite...Ordinary steamed fish has limited umami flavor. Adding fresh shrimps and white clams to steam it together will enhance the umami flavor to the extreme. (The quality of white clams today is not good, so I only added shrimps.)

  2. Tilapia and shrimp (only the shrimp meat is needed for steaming fish, and the shrimp heads are used separately for cooking soup), clean them, add salt and rub them. Then rinse with water.
