Overview
When making shredded radish and shrimp soup, half a radish is left. If you don’t eat it, the bran core will be wasted. It’s perfect for frying meatballs

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the radish and grate into shreds
-
Boil it in salt water until it is about 70% cooked, then remove it from the cold water. Supercooled water can keep the color green
-
Squeeze out the water, add a little salt, flour, egg liquid and pepper powder and mix well. Radish is cool in nature, while Sichuan peppercorn powder is hot in nature, which can neutralize it and enhance the fragrance
-
Mix until it looks like the picture, it looks loose, but you can use your hands to form a ball
-
When the oil is 50% hot, use your hands to shape the ball into a ball and add them one by one
-
Fry once first to set the shape, then lower the heat and fry again until thoroughly fried
-
Take it out and place it on kitchen paper to absorb the remaining oil
