The dish I made today was made with whatever was available at home, including garlic sprouts, chicken breasts, carrots, and dried tofu. It is a quick dish that combines nutrition, deliciousness, and appearance.

Prepare ingredients. Cut the garlic sprouts into small pieces, and shred the carrots, chicken breasts and dried tofu into shreds.

Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot. When the oil is hot, add shredded chicken breasts and stir-fry until they change color. Remove from heat.
