The sandwich machine does not make sandwiches: Creamy Cranberry Triangle
Overview
Taiyaki is called Taiyaki, but it looks like a fish. If you don’t have a fish-shaped mold, you can try Taiyaki if you have a sandwich maker. But because of its shape, I had to call it Triangle Yaki. Since any filling will work, let’s use cranberry.

Ingredients: 2 eggs, 20 grams of caster sugar, 70 grams of milk, 20 grams of olive oil, 100 grams of low-gluten flour, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, 50 grams of cranberries.

Stir eggs➕sugar until the sugar melts.

Add milk and oil and mix well.

Sift in cake flour and baking powder.

Stir until smooth and without lumps.

Preheat the sandwich maker for two minutes.

Place a thin layer of batter in a triangular mold and top with cranberries.

Pour another layer of batter to cover the cranberries.

Cover and heat for 2-3 minutes.

Uncover and let the batter solidify on the surface.

Turn left side to right side so that the surface turns to the bottom.

Cover and heat for 1 minute more.

Golden on both sides, out of the oven.
