Stir-fried burdock
Overview
Burdock is rich in crude fiber, which can promote peristalsis of the large intestine and clean the stomach. Burdock contains peroxidase, which can enhance the vitality of the cellular immune mechanism, remove oxygen free radicals in the body, prevent the generation and accumulation of lipofuscin pigments in the body, resist aging, and provide the body with an internal protective environment to fight and remove oxygen free radicals.

Prepare one burdock and one bell pepper. One burdock only weighs about 250 grams
