Yam and corn bone soup
Overview
I also need to drink some soup in summer, which is refreshing and nourishing. Recently, fresh corn has been on the market, so I wanted to make corn bone soup. When I saw yam, I added some yam and it was delicious. Corn is rich in protein, fat, starch, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin A, vitamin C, carotene, cellulose, calcium, phosphorus, iron and other minerals. It has high nutritional value and is a good health product among coarse grains. It has longevity, beauty, eyesight improvement, prevention of high blood pressure and coronary heart disease, etc.
