Steamed Chicken with Red Dates and Wolfberry
Overview
I took an hour and a half break at noon and went home to make lunch, which was a bit anxious. In the morning, I first put the rice in the rice cooker and cook it according to the time. After I get home from get off work, I turn on both stoves. One is cooking soup and the other is preparing to steam the chicken. After the chicken is steamed, the water in the pot is used to scald the vegetables. I get home at 12:10 and can start eating at 40. Give yourself a thumbs up, hehe

Half a chicken, cut into pieces

After the chicken is boiled, add red dates cut into small pieces, wolfberry, ginger slices, green onions, peanut oil, soy sauce, salt and sweet potato starch and marinate for ten minutes

Boil water and steam over high heat for ten minutes

OK, I originally prepared some chopped green onions, but I forgot to sprinkle them on, and I didn’t remember until I was halfway through eating, haha
