Dried shiitake mushrooms, rinsed and soaked in warm water.

Marinate the last section of chicken wings with green onion, ginger and cooking wine, rinse and drain.

Remove the stems and seeds from the red bell pepper and cut into pieces.

Heat the oil and fry the wing segments over medium heat;

Add cooking wine and ginger slices and stir-fry;

Add braised soy sauce and white sugar and stir-fry;

Pour in the mushrooms, add pepper, add water (first pour the water in which the mushrooms were soaked, and then add the water) to cover the ingredients and bring to a boil over high heat;

Cook over medium heat until the juice dries up, add the peppercorns;

Stir evenly, remove from the pan, and sprinkle with green onions.
