Cut the winter melon into thin slices, rinse the dried shrimps, and cut the coriander and green onions into small pieces.

Heat the wok, add oil, and fry the chopped green onions and pepper. Add water to the pot. The amount of water depends on the amount of ingredients. I used about 5 small bowls of water for two people.

Add winter melon, oyster sauce and salt.

After boiling, cook for 5 minutes and add washed shrimps. Cook for another 5 minutes.
