Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut into chopstick-thick strips.

Cut the tofu into thick slices as thick as your fingers. Fry both sides until golden brown and set aside.

Chop the green onions, wash and break apart the dried chili peppers.

Heat oil in a pan, sauté onion and dried chili until fragrant, add half a tsp of pepper and sauté until fragrant, add cabbage strips, stir-fry a few times and add a tsp and a half of salt

Fry the cabbage strips until soft and release the water, add one spoonful of soy sauce and one spoonful of oil.

Use oil and stir-fry evenly, add tofu strips, stir-fry evenly, then cover the pot and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.

Finally, spread the chicken on the plate and garnish with coriander.
