Boil water in a pot, add white vinegar, add yam, cook and remove.

Cut the beef brisket into pieces and wash.

Add a spoonful of Pixian Douban and a spoonful of Laoganma and stir-fry.

Add beef.

Add cooking wine, lemon juice, a little soy sauce and salt, and simmer the black tea for more than an hour. You can also simmer it in a pressure cooker.

Remove the beef, filter out the spices in the beef stew from the soup, then add yam, carrots, and red dates and simmer for 15 minutes.
