I originally wanted to grill the tenderloin skewers, but I was delayed by something, so I fried them directly. I didn't expect it to be as delicious. Everyone said it was good, and it was simpler and more time-saving.

  1. Cut the tenderloin into cubes, add 3 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, chopped green onion and shredded ginger, add 1 tbsp corn oil, mix well
