Chia Tai Food’s preparation products are really good. The meat segments made from chicken can be defrosted at room temperature.

Put more oil in the pot, when the oil is hot, add the meat pieces and fry until golden and set aside.

Wash the eggplant and cut it into hob pieces. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of starch evenly on the eggplant. Fry in oil until it changes color and take it out.

Mix chili flakes, oil, light soy sauce, starch, balsamic vinegar, water, sugar, minced garlic, and minced coriander in a bowl. Pour into a pot and heat until thickened. After thickening, add the fried meat and eggplant and stir-fry until the ingredients are evenly coated with the soup.
