Wash the small dried fish

Add water to the pot, put in the washed small dried fish and cook for 15 minutes

Drain the cooked small dried fish

Add peanut oil to the wok, when the oil is hot, add the green onions, garlic cloves, and ginger slices and sauté until fragrant
