Mix the lean meat with salt and soy sauce and set aside

A bowl of leftover rice and vegetables for later use

Beat eggs and add chopped green onion

Put a little oil in the wok, fry the eggs until they form egg skins, remove from the pan and put the rest into a bowl

Add appropriate amount of peanut oil to the wok and pour in the meat

Cook until cooked
