Spicy pepper squid slices
Overview
Squid can be cut into flowers, strips, or slices. In comparison, cutting flowers requires some skills, but cutting into strips and slicing is much easier. This dish is paired with green pepper and squid slices. The taste is relatively fresh. The umami squid and the slightly spicy green pepper interpenetrate each other with attractive flavors.

Main and auxiliary ingredients: squid slices, green pepper

Cut the green pepper into strips.

Boil water in a pot, add squid slices and blanch. Remove after blanching, rinse clean and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add onions and ginger and saute until fragrant.

Add hot pepper. Stir-fry over high heat until pepper becomes soft. Cook in light soy sauce.

Add reserved squid slices.

Stir quickly over high heat and stir evenly. Add salt and MSG to taste, stir well and turn off the heat.

Remove from pan, plate, and serve.
