Tomato and Shrimp Soup
Overview
A bowl of pimple soup is the best memory my mother gave me when I was a child. Now that I think about it, my mouth is watering. I want to make it according to the memory!

Wash the tomatoes, peel and dice them

Peel fresh prawns and cut into cubes

Dice tofu

Add water to flour and stir until it becomes powdery and set aside

Pour peanut oil into the pot and heat it until it is 80% hot. Pour in the diced tomatoes and stir-fry until the diced tomatoes produce soup. Add the shrimps and tofu in turn and continue to stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add water. After it boils, use chopsticks to pour the mixed flour into the pot. After the water boils, break the eggs and pour them into the pot. Then add the chives and coriander. Finally, season with salt and vinegar. After it is poured out, pour in a few drops of sesame oil. The fragrant pimple soup is ready!
