Clean the squid, but the squid head won’t fit in the bowl, so I didn’t ask for it

Prepare a portion of fried rice, onions, corns, peas, ham, ham and chopped green onions. Normally I will fry these

Stuff the fried rice into the squid, stuff it tightly, and leave a section of the mouth of the squid unstuffed. When grilled, the squid will shrink and the rice will be pushed out

Then put it in the oven and bake it, apply some oil, chili and cumin. The specific time depends on the oven. I don’t have an oven at home and bake it on the grill. I also bake the squid heads separately so as not to waste

Then get ready to cut, cut slowly, preferably with a sharp knife

After cutting it, put it on the plate. You can eat it just like this. You must be careful and slow

Finally, I mixed a sauce. I used hoisin sauce, added some sugar, some vinegar, water starch, and made a sauce. This sauce can be made according to personal preference, or not. Note that salt is added to the fried rice, so the sauce should not be too salty
