Prepare ingredients.

Chop the garlic into minced garlic, and cut the millet pepper, green onions and coriander into small pieces.

Wash and cut off the root of the enoki mushroom. If the bottom part is still stuck together, you can put the enoki mushroom in the palm of your hand and rub it back and forth a few times.
