Dice cucumber, dice green onion, dice dry red pepper, chop ginger and garlic, and set aside cashew nuts

Cut black fungus into small pieces and set aside

Chop the pickled peppers and set aside

Cut the chicken into cubes, add water starch and mix well and set aside

Pour vinegar, sugar, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce into a bowl to make a sauce

Pour a little oil into the wok and fry the cashews until golden brown
