Overview
Pleurotus eryngii is a high-grade edible mushroom that tastes similar to meat. Fatty used king oyster mushrooms and pork to make a meat sauce that goes well with rice. It tastes very good.

Wash and dice the king oyster mushrooms.

Wash and dice onions.

Cut the pork into small cubes.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the diced pork and stir-fry until the pork becomes oily.

Add king oyster mushrooms.

Stir-fry until king oyster mushrooms become soft.

Add the dried yellow sauce and Maggi freshness.

Add appropriate amount of water, salt and five-spice powder, stir well and bring to a boil over high heat.
